Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
โข the contract concerns the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and
โข you have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract begins immediately after purchase, and
โข you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
By purchasing tokens and initiating the use of the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the digital service and acknowledge the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.
